Weekend Brunch Goals

So what are your weekend brunch goals? We know you have it on your mind. First, the weekend plan is sleeping in (or hitting that early morning barre class) then getting a bite of something plant-based, delicious, and totally indulgent. Weekend brunch goals are on our list.

Here are a few list-worthy brunch inspiring dishes that will give you total breakfast #inspo. You don’t even have to call it breakfast.

What’s the weekend without a gorgeous avocado toast to stuff in your face? Sunday mornings are meant for the avo toast and we found this beauty on Kathrin’s Insta-feed: @k_a_t_h_r_i_n

 

Weekends do call for special treats, as Kerstin of @curlew_and_dragonfly admits, sipping on her green juice and a little fresh spiced cashew milk, while fixing this cinnamon chia oat bowl right up for her (lucky) husband. (It’s quite possible she already had her own weekend chia oat bowl indulgence before her hubby got out of bed.) So pretty!

 

Ahh, the cinnamon-y scent of cinnamon rolls! Well, @ps.ny you had us at smoothie bowl, but… we like your buns.
